SMS / Text Message Communication Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in to text message communications, you expressly consent to receive automated and/or manually dialed text messages (SMS and MMS) from Premier 1 Pool & Patio. Text message communications may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Project status updates and progress notifications
  • Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and service announcements
  • Seasonal pool and patio care tips and maintenance reminders
  • Customer service communications and follow-up messages
  • Financing updates, payment reminders, and account-related notifications
  • Responses to text-based service inquiries

2. How to Opt In

Consent to receive SMS communications is obtained at the time of opt-in, which may occur through:

  • Completing a web form on premieronepools.com and checking the SMS consent box
  • Signing a service agreement or estimate form that includes an SMS consent provision
  • Verbally consenting at the time of scheduling a service appointment
  • Texting a designated keyword to our business number

Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Premier 1 Pool & Patio.

3. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Premier 1 Pool & Patio at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further marketing or promotional text messages will be sent to your mobile number. Standard STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT commands are all honored.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity, project status, and individual preferences. You may receive multiple messages per month during active project phases. We will always endeavor to ensure that the frequency and content of messages are appropriate and relevant to your needs.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier plan and the terms of your wireless service agreement, standard SMS and data rates may be charged for messages sent to and received from Premier 1 Pool & Patio. Premier 1 Pool & Patio is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier as a result of participating in our SMS program. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about applicable rates and charges.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Premier 1 Pool & Patio’s SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier, and Premier 1 Pool & Patio makes no guarantee regarding the timing or delivery of text messages.

8. No Purchase Necessary

Consent to receive SMS or text message communications from Premier 1 Pool & Patio is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You are free to use our services without consenting to receive marketing text messages. Opting out of SMS communications will not affect your ability to receive services from Premier 1 Pool & Patio.

9. Privacy of SMS Opt-In Data

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent information are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties for their independent marketing purposes. This information may be shared only with service providers directly supporting our SMS communications program, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
